Musím obhájit kolegyni na recepci, protože předvedla úctyhodný výkon.
V hodině, kdy jste se ubytovával, byl nástup přes 80 hostů.
Vše zvládla s přehledem a minimálním čekáním odbavení hosta.
Navíc, když každý host platil ubytování při nástupu.
Rádi Vás znovu uvidíme a budeme se snažit Vás co nejrychleji obsloužit.

Okna postupně rekonstruujeme, máte pravdu, na některých pokojích nedoléhají.
